Entry of large amount of information is too extensive. How to decide what is to be entered and what not?
Answer is in finding the optimum amount of entered information and this is something only you can define. Optimum is between the feeling you are loosing the opportunities because you did not entered information (and later on forgot about them) and feeling you are spending too much time on entering the information which is not leading to better business result.
After preliminary pool between employees we detected resistance to implementation of such product. Which arguments can be used to make employees more interested?
