| Basic contact data |
Basic contact data that are stored in client management software include data on partner, contact category (e.g. Contacts on Exhibition X), product group of assortment it is related to, employee who has to follow-up the contact, date of last contact and scheduled date of next contact. |
| Contact persons |
Data on contact persons include phone numbers, e-mail, fax number and comments on contact persons in this contact. |
| Contact notes |
Contact notes are related to date when they are gathered or written in customer management software. This way the contact history is formed. You can view contacts as list of contacts. You can filter time to get contacts for period or overdue contacts. |
