Integrated help
Information on solving particular data entry or changes is given through the tooltips that are automatically shown as you place cursor over the field.
Same content is shown also in the information bar at the bottom of the form but only after you click on the field.
Contacts, partners and contact persons
Terms used in BCM mean:
- contact person is a person who is employed at the company you are in contact with—partner.
- contact is a set of information with the company—partner you are contacting.
Reports overview/printing
After some time you will have a large quantity of data stored in BCM.
Please have in mind that large amount of data (unfiltered) will take time to process the report, spend a lot of paper and/or disk space if printed/saved.
This means before you start the report you should filter the partner of contact data first to get smaller set of information which includes data you want to view, print or save.
