Partners

 

Information on partner

Bellow you can see fields that you have to or can store regarding the partner.

Please pay special attention on business activities of your partners. When entering or editing partner data you will be forced to choose the activity. This means you should define at least few of basic business activities write at the start. Later on you can add new ones. If you do this segregation well, you will get useful partner subsets when you filter your partners by this field.

 

Contact persons

Available fields to store the partners’ contact persons data are:

There is also a field that you can see only when entering new persons or editing existing ones. You will not see in-active persons when viewing the partner. They will also not be offered to you while you new enter the contact data. However, in-active persons will not be allowed for deletion if they are used in existing contacts.

Sorting partners

By clicking the control sorting form opens. Partners can be sorted by 8 parameters.

Using the arrows you can change the sorting order of parameters.

You start sorting by click on command.

 

Searching partners / contact persons

You can search the partners using the s search tool. In the text field you can enter the text to search. By clicking on d an option dialog opens.

There you can choose between searching the partner name which starts with entered text or contains it. Second option is to search by Second name of contact person.

You start searching by positioning cursor in the text search field and than pressing Enter button on your keyboard or clicking the icon. Cursor will go to first search result. When you repeat it cursor will go to the next search result etc.

 

Filter partners

There are 8 available filters to filter partners.

Filter <Partners' ID> can not be used in combination with other filters.

Other 7 filters can be used in combination. Filters <City> and <Postal code> are always in combination with filter <Country>.

First you choose the filter combination.

Than you start the filtering by clicking on c command.

Command c is to turn off all filters.
