There are 2 reports regarding partners and contact persons and 3 reports regarding contacts. Data on reports is filtered the same way as the pages are. This means you should first filter the data on partners or contacts and than choose the report you want.

Please have in mind that large amount of data (unfiltered) will take time to process the report, spend a lot of paper and/or disk space if printed/saved.

Partners address book

Partners address book shows the filtered list of partners. You can use it as mailing list.

Registry of contact persons

This report shows the filtered list of contact persons with all contact information you stored on them.

Reports you can start on page <Contacts> are:

Contacts for period

Contacts for period is filtered list of contacts with calculated number of days until the next scheduled contact. You can use it as overview of contacts that are to be made in filtered period of time.

Overdue contacts

This report shows filtered list of contacts that are overdue with the scheduled date of next contact.

List of contacts

List of contacts is filtered list of contacts with all stored data on them. You can use it as printed version when preparing for the direct contact with partner.
