Since BCM is rather simple application, with a lot of help tooltips for almost each field we decided to help you in better exploitation of provided features rather than providing you detail description of each basic step you have/can do when working with it.

Users

BCM users are your employees you will register to be able to enter the application with user name and password. There are 3 types of users: administrators, supervisors and regular users.

Each user can change his/her username and password and cusomize application for himself / herself regarding inteface language and initial filtering of saved data.

Partners

In BCM, partner should be the legal entity your company is in contact when trying to sell and/or buy a product or service. There are many pre-defined fields where you can enter the data on partner and contact persons working there. Special attention is required when you will define the business activity of the partner.

Contacts

Contact is coherent group of information regarding potential or existing relation between your company and partner. Obligatory information will assure you know the contact essentials. Optional fields (if filled) will assure easier data filtration, finding particullar information, reminder for next contact etc.
